Yogurt salato con pomodoro e rucola
Questo yogurt cremoso con pomodoro, rucola e caprino fresco è pronto in pochi minuti e sazia senza appesantire. L'olio d'oliva e un goccio di aceto balsamico gli regalano una nota delicata e saporita. Il bello è che puoi metterlo in un vasetto con il tappo a vite e portarlo in ufficio: così hai sempre con te un pranzo fresco e leggero, povero di carboidrati.

How this is calculated
Target amount = ingredient amount × target servings ÷ base servings. The result is then rounded for kitchen use: from 100 g or ml to the nearest 5, between 1 and 99 to the nearest 1, pieces and spoons to half units, amounts below one unit to quarters, thirds or halves. Teaspoons and tablespoons also go down to an eighth, kilograms and litres stay finer.
Total = value per serving × target servings. The value per serving is unchanged, because ingredient amount and serving count change by the same factor.

Nutrition values are estimates from the recipe record, not laboratory results. Even for checked labels the EU sets tolerances: for fat, protein and carbohydrates 20 percent in the range of 10 to 40 g per 100 g, and 2 g per 100 g below that. Procedimento
- In una ciotola, monta lo yogurt naturale insieme al caprino fresco e all'olio d'oliva con una frusta, fino a ottenere una crema liscia.
- Lava il pomodoro, eliminane i semi e taglia la polpa a dadini piccoli.
- Taglia le olive a pezzetti.
- Lava le foglie di rucola e tritale finemente.
- Incorpora pomodoro, olive e rucola al composto di yogurt, mescolando bene.
- Regola di sale e pepe, aggiungi l'aceto balsamico e servi. Se lo porti con te, versa il composto in un vasetto con tappo a vite. Suggerimento: in alternativa allo yogurt naturale puoi usare i fiocchi di latte (cottage cheese).
